Intellectual property is either owned by enterprises or individuals. Companies own this information with the basic idea of selling it in legal terms. However, a person prefers to sell the intellectual property, or keep it for themselves.
There are different forms of intellectual property rights, artwork, record labels, sound recordings, movies, software programs, computer programs, chips, inventions and discoveries.So, various types of intellectual property rights may come with different people. For example, a person who has invented a tool but not have the money to start production or make money on a large scale. Such a person can find a company willing to buy the idea and market it for them.
